Calculation of Quantities for Each Native VisualARQ - Rhinoceros Element
BP allows for the calculation of quantities for geometries created independently with VisualARQ or Rhinoceros, enhancing hybrid workflow and maintaining great design flexibility (BIM – no BIM).
Multi Unit for all Entities
Depending on the entity types, quantities can be calculated and reported in different measurement units, allowing maximum flexibility in choosing the calculation reference
Quantity Calculation for Subcomponents
In some VisualARQ entities, it is possible to select which element (subcomponent) is relevant for quantity calculation
VisualARQ Space as a Flexibility Quantity Calculation Approach
By correctly application of VisualARQ Space it is possible directly to calculate the main quantities such as interior wall area, ceiling or floor area, for each environment
Quantity Takeoff Faces – Paint Mode
BP introduces the possibility to calculate the faces (areas) of each geometric entity, whether native to VisualARQ or Rhinoceros. This approach allows calculating any surface, whether complex or linear, offering maximum freedom in choosing the ideal geometric entity for design purposes
Specific Weight Option
For some elements (with volume calculation), it is possible to develop quantities also by weight (kg), setting the specific weight
Advanced Mode and Quantity Calculation by Material
For multilayer geometric entities only, it is possible to perform an extremely precise quantity calculation by layer or by material, activating the "Advanced Mode" option. This mode allows evaluating detailed quantities by material, depending on each selected element
Accuracy of geometries description
The geometries will be identified through an accurate text string with an editable prefix
Double check and flexibility on quantity aggregation
The interface is designed with a double control:
a first for data validation,
a second for data aggregation and export
Integrated Element View
Through a specific panel It is possible to navigate the individual geometries by zooming and viewing them at 360 degrees
Option creation of a category set for export
creation of a set of categories as excel sheets through a simple txt
Export and Template
BP allows you to create a customized template on where to flow the information in xls format
